Feelings of peace welcomed me during my experience at the Laudato Si’ Center: feeling like I was in a place that truly felt like home, where every gesture and encounter spoke of care for our Earth and for others. Every corner, every moment spent there reminded me of the importance of caring for our planet and the relationships that inhabit it.
Leaving wasn’t easy: leaving this welcoming space, so full of positive energy, left a void, but I carry with me the awareness that I want to return as soon as possible. This desire stems from the deep connection that is created between people who share values and concrete actions for the protection of our common home.
